Did you ever find out how you get the codes because I am also bewildered. What "site" are they talking about in all the comments. I have not found one code yet. Please let me know.

Do you mean the codes that are printed on the bottles under the labels? If so, I havent actually participated in that but I do know you enter the code from your bottle, (either by text or the website) and you get to share in the rewards. Its only available in UK, CI and IoM though.
