Don't get me wrong, I love, love, love Grissom but Russell has really grown on me.

It wasn't that tough of a pick for me. I miss seeing both Grissom and Catherine on the show, there leaving the show created allot of really great story-lines that may have otherwise never been introduced. Russell and Finn are new characters with new story-lines. I think the change was good.
