I'm thinking it's a flashback but if it's not, I'm confident that Damon will realise it's Elena he wants, NOT Isobel. Still, I'm not sure how I feel about this storyline...I actually agree with the above post, a much more interesting story would have been if Isobel tried to seduce Stefan! Waaay less predictable, don't ya think?
