I think it should end with a temporal paradox that loops the doctor'd TARDIS and companions, along with the rani and a newly regenerated master into the time war, and the doctor should sacrifice his life against Omega and let Romana out of the E=space pocket universe and fly the TARDIS/ Void Ship to Torchwood, to be continued after the death of the doctor.I took a year to think of that!
