Uh...uh...uh...I find this impossible to answer, as there are too many fine actors to cast. How cool would it be to have Chow Yun-Fat as a companion, or Sean Astin, or Cate Blanchett? There's just too many to choose from. Though for myself, I'm more interested in companions that aren't love interests (we've done that two [or three, if you count Jack] times in a row now) - let's come up with a different character hook, Mr. Davies!

Yeah, but we had the mutual love (eventually) between The Doctor and Rose, whereas Martha's was unrequited.

BBC.co.uk said that martha will return in the middle of the fourth series but the doctor will have another companion throughout the series.

Yeah Catherine Tate - not looking forward to that one. I really liked Sally in Blink, I hope we see her again even if she isn't a constant companion. Has Billie ruled out coming back or not?

It waould have to Billie Piper again becuase she was brillant, but if I am truthful I think that the Doctor needs a male companion who (unlike Jack) doesn't flirt with him and everybody else- I think he needs so male friendship!

I think J-Lou Coleman will be good as Clara Oswin. However, I do not believe anyone will be able to match Rose's standards. <3

I hate how her story ended. She would rather be dead than not remember him. That is probably the most tear jerking thing I have ever seen in this series. I wanted her to remember him. I wanted her to give him the what for? I love how she wasn't in love with him but she was on his side.
