ok,now ive been feeling like shizuo alot lately.....im really issed alot lebih than usual but idk y!! in fact,i nearly broke my wii yesterday and nearly ripped a door off the henges....can some1 please help me calm down?

Just try to distance yourself, either physically atau mentally, take deep breaths and clear your mind. Find time for yourself everyday, give yourself time to decompress from the day. Even if it is only ten minit a day. Good luck!
