Realistic Roleplaying Tips:

Slow down! anda don't need to run/jump everywhere. Take a walk in the forests.
If anda do run while anda travel, take the occasional rest.
Only travel in good weather. If anda must travel in poor weather, wear appropriate attire. Consider running to find a camp atau cave to wait out the storm.
If anda come across a village, don't keep going. Unless you're doing something important, stop by. See how the livestock and townspeople are doing.
Spend nights in inns atau taverns. If anda are caught in the wilderness at night, stop sejak the side of the road as if anda were camping.
