..why instead of "edit club" I know see "Suggest images" in some of the Kelab I've created ?

When a spot anda created is still a "pending" club, it will say "edit club". When a spot anda created becomes a full club, it will say "suggest images".

I'm not entirely sure why it switches and there is pretty much no difference except the status of the club, but its just one of those quirky things Fanpop does.
