Why can't I send an answer to a question?

I want to help a person's soalan but I can't send an answer but anda all send a answer. But I can't do this! Even though I press the hantar new response button, it is not sent. So how do I do this?

I'm not sure. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch? If this answer does appear, maybe that means that the glitch has been fixed so anda can try answering a soalan again.

I'm sorry, I don't understand the soalan then. What sort of answer are anda trying to send? I thought it was an Answer to a soalan like this.

I know some people in the past had similar issues depending on the browser atau device they use. Maybe try a different browsing network to log in atau another device and see if the issue continues. If it does, try contacting F4 about the issue.
