ok, first, let's talk about the song

i think it's nice and all, but very forgetable. i had to hear lebih than 5 times in a row, to fully enjoy it.
can't believe this is going to have an MV
it's just like..SO BLAND. one of the blandest SNSD ballads, tbh.
i don't understand why so many people are saying "OMG, IT'S WONDERFUL"




Now let's alih on to the main issue of this article

OK, I GET IT. Yoona, Hyoyeon and Yuri are NOT AMAZING SINGERS. but this was beyond ridiculous. i really felt sorry for these girls and if i was one of them, i would be so frustrated.




before i reveal the line distribution, let's talk about the pros

1-Once again, Sooyoung sings a lot(for a supposed sub-vocal, that is). seems to me that Sooyoung is now a LEAD vocal, at least in JAPAN. and i really like that. i'm so proud of her and she truly deserves these lines, because she improved a lot

2-Altough, i don't like Jessica's voice, she definitely returned in this song...she doesn't sing lebih than TaeNy, but still, her lines are quite long and she gets a high note, which was something we didn't see for months

3-Many Tiffany in this song and at first i was like "oh...expected". but then i compared it to "Indestructible" and believe me, it's a LOT BETTER. Tiffany isn't so proeminent in this song, even though she has lots of lines and adlibs
(and i Cinta Tiffany ok? she's my 4h kegemaran member. but i'm just saying what i feel, regarding the tons of lines she has now in every snsd song. i know it's not her fault, anyway, i should blame the producer)

4-Taeyeon has much lebih lines that showcase her powerful voice. i don't know about anda guys, but she was practicaly non existent on Indestructible (and many other songs from their third japanese album), so it's nice to see our main vocal back





now for the cons

1-TTSJ feat SSYYH. basically.....
i get that they're the best singers but this was TOO MUCH.

2-Sunny's lack of lines...
really, i was shocked. i don't like her voice, tbh, but i almost can't hear her. isn't she a LEAD vocal anyway? shouldn't she be Singing the same amount of lines as Tiffany and Seohyun, at least?
she even sings less than Sooyoung(not the first time, anyway, but it's always surprising)


3-Hyoyeon, Yoona, Yuri don't even get a full line, but a WORD. i don't know what happened here, but it was pathetic. and it doesn't even last 3 seconds. poor girls. SERIOUSLY


4-the song. like i said, it's pretty bland and forgetable. still pretty, though. lol
