Glee Promo For Season 6, Episode 5: Sue Wants Klaine Back Together!

Glee just kicked off earlier this month, but we’re already on the final season’s fifth of thirteen episodes and though Sue’s (Jane Lynch) primary goal is to destroy the New Directions once and for all, McKinley’s mean-spirited principal proves that she has a heart this week as she continues her quest to get Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) back together.

We learned last week in Season 6, Episode 4: “The Hurt Locker, Part 1” that Sue has always had a soft spot for Klaine, and as you can see for yourself thanks to the promo for Season 6, Episode 5: “The Hurt Locker, Part 2” below, the former Cheerios coach isn’t about to give up on these lovebirds. “Hello Klaine,” she says at the top of the promo much to the dismay of Blaine and Kurt.

“I need to get these two into a small, confined space,” Sue tells Becky as she sets her mission in motion.

Next thing we know, Blaine and Kurt are shown trapped in an elevator that may not actually be an elevator. In fact, the former couple is apparently missing for so long that Rachel (Lea Michele) files a missing person’s report.

And speaking of Ms. Berry, she will continue to be the object of Sue’s other mission, which is far less kind. “Operation Break Rachel’s Heart While Sabotaging the New Directions is proceeding very nicely,” Sue tells a possibly-hypnotized Sam (Chord Overstreet). Sue may be trying to hurt Rachel, but given the spark we saw after Rachel and Sam kissed last week we have a feeling her plan might just backfire.
