Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
19 Things I Learned About Life While Binge-Watching ‘Glee’
Because this is a no judgement zone, I’m going to admit something to you guys: I watched the entirety of “Glee” in three weeks. This epic binge was the result of a finals week haze and a frantic suggestion from my roommate that we watch something happy. From there, it quickly devolved into hours and hours on end, day after day, until we had devoured the entire series.
The great thing about “Glee” is that every episode comes with a life lesson gift-wrapped inside. From self-esteem to friendship, “Glee” always knew how to tackle the real issues. And when you watch the entire thing in a three week span, you absorb these lessons pretty well. So, because I’m a good friend, I put together a helpful list of all of the things that the adventures of the New Directioners can teach you.
Even stare at a computer screen for six hours straight!
Matching outfits for your entire friend group are a necessity.
On the one hand, delicious slushie. On the other, brain freeze.
Even Rachel’s rendition of “Run Joey Run.”
But just remember, you are Beyoncé. You ain’t no Kelly Rowland.
But if you commit to being happy, eventually they’ll join in.
Sometimes you need to give someone a meaningful look.
But you get up again. (Sidenote: why did the New Directions never cover “Tubthumping”?)
Having a food fight with a hot guy is a great way to do this.
As Brittany says, “A unicorn is someone who knows they’re magical and isn’t afraid to show it.” Be that unicorn.
Unless your MySpace schedule keeps you too busy to date.
Because your fellow Gleeks are the best back-up.
