No I don't think she's leaving Katherine Heigl (Izy) had a good offer to travel and make another film but she hadn't decided yet whether to accept and leave grey's anatomy atau not so they gave izy a very advanced cancer that no one still knows whether she would die atau not :S

And if anda want to know why George won't be in Grey's that's because after the fatal hit he got from that bus in season's 5 finale, despite the surgeries, he doesn't manage to survive and he dies =( (I already miss him....George *cries*)
