HP fans,did anda like T once but then changed your opinion?

I did. Once. A very long time ago. I've never read them since.

Though I like both of them, I don't like Twilight as much as I used to months ago. I was actually quite a fan, then in July, I watched the Key of Awesome Emo Vampire video (since I'm one of those peminat-peminat that can take parodies) and I read the comments. Then I started watching all these video that criticized Twilight and the Harry Potter is better than Twilight videos. Then I discovered the "1000 Reasons Why Harry Potter is better than Twilight" forum and read LoveforSeverus's article, "The Dark Side of Twilight" on this spot as well as nuxi's article, "Anti-Feminism: Bella angsa, swan and the Illusion of Choice" on the C.A.T. spot. Then I discovered the picks on this spot and then that's when my Twilight fandom began to take a plunge. So really, I'm still a fan, but the liking for it has decreased throughout the months, as anda can compare my fandom from the komen-komen I made a tahun lalu and the komen-komen I make now.

I liked Twilight when I was Membaca them. But then I looked back on them and was like "that was @#&8"! When anda look back on them anda realise how badly written they are and all the plot holes. So yes, I liked Twilight for a while. But never nowhere near as Harry Potter.

Yes. I used to Cinta Twilight, even though I didn't think it was very good. I read every book 4 - 6 times each. I bought some of the merchandise (nothing really crazy, just bookmarks and things). I was somewhat obsessed with it for about a year, and then my Cinta for it started to fade. After I had gone off it, I found this site and some of the artikel-artikel have made me realise just how bad it really is. I still tolerate it, but that's it.

I thought that Twilight series was okay the first time I read them. A good idea and an interesting read. However, once I read them again I saw some thing wrong (especially Breaking Dawn) and then I discovered various Facebook groups, twilight sucks and resently fanpop. So now I prefer Harry Potter, my childhood friend.

I used to Cinta Twilight. Then I came on this spot and I saw all the stuff against it, and I came to my senses. There are still a few characters I like, such as Rosalie and Carlisle.

I was once OBSESSED with Twilight. I had the thing practically memorized. I finally changed my mind when I saw the pathetic arguments for Twilight, and the strong arguments for HP on this spot. Between that and BD, I converted to HP almost instantly.

I always knew I'd hate it, I only read it so that I could give concise reasons for why I disliked it.

Well, my sis told me to read Twilight, so I read half of the first book, then gave up cuz i didn't like it.

I used to absolutely Cinta it. I feel a little ashamed now. My 11 tahun old self, not knowing how to decipher out bad Penulisan and stalker-like behavior. I used to Cinta Edward, but even back then, I never thought he was good looking. I remember wondering why they picked and ugly actor.
I was even the one that introduced all of my Friends to Twilight! Why? WHY?
It's very ironic, because now I hate Twilight with a passion.

Well, awhile lalu I loved Twilight, then I read Harry Potter and it changed my mind. Maybe looking at Twilight from a different view made me stop liking it. I mean, I probably will see BD part one and two. But I doubt I'd ever consider Membaca the buku again. Maybe how Bella is not a good role model to the younger kids who try and act like her(trust me I know some)and is sort of reckless in her lovelife. I don't really know, but after Membaca Harry Potter, it's really obvious how Harry Potter is definately a better series.(no offense to anyone)

Definitely. I was obsessed with the buku and read them over and over again, and I watched the movie EVERY hari after school for about 3 weeks.

I think I just gradually grew out of it, but my obsession was over once I started Membaca Harry Potter.

I liked it while I was Membaca it, but I never re-read it after I was done like one of my Friends did. I think theres something wrong with the book that makes anda think it's an okay read, but really it's not that great. I don't hate it, but it's not the best and I wouldn't read it again, for any reason.

I've liked it for a very short time. But it was so boring and exaggerated(Bella faints because Eddy touches her.I mean, get a grip) I stopped liking it.

No. I stayed away from all the popularity of the series. I don't like going with fads. Yes, I know HP is really popular, but when Twilight got all famous, I stayed away from it. Harry Potter never really got a whole bunch of hype so it wasn't like going with the crowd. There are parts of Twilight I like, but I never got into it.

Actually I did once like it sorta, just to have something to talk to with my friends, but honestly even I knew then Bella was just Berlakon like a 'whore'.

I never read Twilight. So many girls at my school were obsessed, but I never found any point in Membaca it. I had heard what it was about, and I had no desire to read the books. So no, I've never been a peminat of Twilight, and I never will. =) And then I found this page, and it just helped to pasti my thoughts.

The thing is, I was completely unaware of the whole Twilight series before about one tahun ago. I don't know how I managed to avoid it, but I had never even heard of it.
Then I went backpacking and found T buku from hotels and since I had nothing else to do on the pantai I read them during a period of about 4 months. I found the first book ok, the saat kinda repetitive and melo-dramatic, the third one really boring and the fourth book infuriated me so much that I actually went to an Internet café and started to systematically Google it to see wtf was up with the series. And that's when I found that it's such a big deal (it was a little after the 2nd movie came out). It only infuriated me lebih because I didn't think the series was anything special and the last book was simply offensive to my intelligence. I just couldn't understand it! And still can't.

So yeah, that's my story with Twilight.
