The 'battle' in Breaking Dawn: possible outcomes?

I telah diposkan a pick where I asked who would anda want to die if there were an actual battle in BD--Bella atau Edward. A lot of people berkata that if one of them died, the other would probably kill themselves, which would probably be true. Hypothetically speaking, if Edward atau Bella did die in the battle, do anda still think their Cinta for each other would make them commit (or attempt) suicide like in New Moon? Would they be so blinded sejak their pain that they would actually kill themselves, even knowing they have a daughter? Would either of them pawn off their child to their family, atau even Jacob?

I'm not sure if they would, but I wouldn't doubt it. They're both very selfish and only think about each other and not the feelings of others. Would the possibility of losing their other half forever make them go insane and kill themselves? Even if they didn't commit suicide, how long do anda think they would grieve, and how good of a parent do anda think they would be to Nessie during this moment of grief?
