EDIT: Anyone who doesn't possess magic (and who's parents aren't magical) is a muggle. Unless the Twilight peminat has magic, they'd be considered a muggle.

lol, okay, i belive i'm a wizard to, my family were to but they desided to live in the muggle world, i don't know why i guess because they didn't want people to hate them juat for being part of the Black family, but me and my cousins go to Hogwarts, they wanted us to go to the stupid schoolhere in america but we belong at Hogwarts, in Griffindor
