However, usually, pureblooded wizards, even ones like Andromeda didn't go into the muggle world a whole lot. So, as an assumed, and proved fact sejak the 7th book, Ted Tonks is at the least a muggleborn wizard in order to even meet Andromeda. ~Severe case of misunderstood identification.
