You cant really see the one from Prisoner of azkaban,
But im NOT 100% sure that there all from the same movie

My favourite Hermione is the one from books 3 and 5. I could see her acting REALLY mature in those books instead of just trying to seem like one by pointing at everyone's supposed immaturity and being self righteous. I appreciated her for the effort she put into helping her friends and standing by what she believed in. Sadly I felt like the older Hermione came back to her pre-teen self and started being self righteous again.

Basically in all but in the later ones she is better in my opinion

In the books, I would say in between years 3-5 she was really mature, then she kinda went back to being a whiny crybaby. But in the movies, I say she got better as she got older. She was able to hold her ground and keep herself going, and she never became dull - ever.
...
And really - who else could throw a rock at a snake that contains part of Voldemort's soul that easily?

Beautiful but not so full of herself in the end.
