I like Christian's Voldemort almost just as much. Basically, I think they complement each other perfectly. Christian is slighly more handsome and is more 'gray' i.e. with him one can understand why the wizarding world was fooled by the Dark Lord. Frank's Tom Riddle, on the other hand is the personification of pure evil and darkness. He is both alluring and terrifying at the same time. To me thay show different sides of Tom, the 'public mask' (vide Christian) and his more true self (vide Frank).
