I'm impressed how the artist draws the ending scene on the cover but we as readers (or at least me) don't clue in to that fact until we've finished the book.

I love the first one! I guess because I associate it so much with my series. I notice there is a change in the art as the books progress. I guess I prefer the original.

Due to being in the UK, it is actually the only one I've ever seen, and I like it! :-)

I'm with you, g3u16: I make a point of picking up the latest book whenever I'm in the UK, simply because I think the cover art is superior. But it looks like I won't be back again any time soon, so I'll have to pay for exorbitant shipping...

In this one, it's a darker use of blues, and the books isn't a happy feeling, its more Oh My God whats gonna happen next! because Voldemort is back. I haven't seen the UK covers, but people say their nicer so im gonna have to have a look.

I may just like it because I want the book to come out now, and the sight of that in my hands will make me really really happy!

I don't like the US covers or the UK children's covers, but I like the UK adults' covers.

Unfortunately, I started getting Harry Potter well before they even made the adults' covers, and once I had some of them in the kids' editions, I'm a total pedantic-obsessive and they had to match. :D

I like how Harry and Dumbledore are looking into the Penseive (or however you spell that), since a lot of that book was learning about Voldemort's past and the Horcruxes and all that.

I liked the european cover of "The Deathly Hallows" because i like the way it shows the scene of Harry, Hermione and Ron being washed out of the Lestrange vault by the replicate coins and valubles.But this cover shown is really good to!:D

I like 6. Combination of the colors and the fact that it depicts the scene where they find what they think is the first horcrux. Pretty cool. I like all the American covers better than the british ones, even though the first few are a little more kiddish.

In Greece the covers are diferent

Couldn't decide. But the covers in the US look so much better. I mean on my books the artists make Harry look like a pervy nerd, Ron a ginger freak, Hermoine just looks FAT and Dumbledore looks like an axe-wielding maniac.

one reason why i picked order of the phoenix is cus its blue, disturbing reason but I L-O-V-E blue and red there's no full red cover so full blue is good enough, i like red more though

LMAO! The first 4 are really bad! The 5th is okay but the 6th and 7th are the only good ones. Personally I like the Canadian ones better. I think they're the same as the UK.

I picked Deathly Hallows because Harry looks a bit more realistic. Order of the Phoenix is good too but none are nearly as good as the British editions.
