why did they make hello kitty with no mouth?

Hello Kitty speaks from the hati, tengah-tengah making her language universal.

In the animations she does but they decided not to on the toys and pictures because they thought it looked better.

Hello kitty doesn't need a mouth because she speaks from her hati, tengah-tengah which is just amazing. And no matter what she does people already understand her.
