In Episode 4 Of Season 3 (I Am Become Death) We Saw The Future And This Is How It Has Already Changed.

Sylar Had A Kid Called Noah Who Called Peter His Uncle And Sylar Called Him His Brother... So Unless Peter Has Different Parents Too atau He Is Just So Close Too Sylar In The Future He Is Like A Brother; Then The Future Must Have Changed... Plus Sylar Hates Noah.

sylar_rocks There is one more significant thing that backs up Rock_Smurf_77's theory. In Five years gone, Sylar said 'Nathan had already turned against his own kind when I killed him.' Isn't that what he did now? So,maybe,in explosion future,it WAS Nathan who made people fear their kind and THEN Sylar killed him and took his place....
