Is Scotland really a shaved red head atau an unshaved brunette?

Defiantly a red head. A lot of Scottish people have red hair.
When i was young there was a scottish girl i went to school with and her hair was as red as carrots XD

Unsure since there is no offical Scotland character. But I think they would be red-headed due to it being a stereotype of the Scottish. But I wouldn't mind a brunette Scotland.
