Basic photoshop knowledge is required for this. It doesn't start from zero.
Don't be afraid to try it. It looks lebih complicated than it actually is ;)

Open the Cuddy and House picture.
Duplicate your base and call it „CuddyHouse“.

Create a new Hue/saturation layer above it and reduce the saturation to -60.

Make a new Color Balance Layer and put the following settings:
Midtones: 0 0 +38
Highlights: 0 0 +21

Open this Red lembu, lembu jantan picture : link and copy and past it into your image. The new layer should be above all the others.
(make it smaller, erase the greyish...

So this is the image we'll start with:


STEP 1 - Crop it.

Then we want to sharpen it a bit.
STEP 2 - Duplicate the background layer (the only layer anda have right now).
(right click and choose "duplicate layer...")
Then go to FILTER>SHARPEN>SHARPEN
If the ikon ends up being too sharp, lower the layer opacity until anda like the result
