I woke up a week later in my own bed. I must've been in a coma, but I don't know how. I looked at my left arm and it had, indeed, been broken. On further inspection of my body I found bruises to my arms, waist, breasts and whilst I had been unconcious, my leg must've also been broken.
I saw a wheelchair seterusnya to my katil and wondered what it was there for and then it hit me: One arm and One leg.
As I tried getting myself into the wheelchair, I heard the farmiliar footstep down my hallway. It was the limp that belonged to House.
I looked at him as tears flooded my eyes, I outstretched my arm for comfort and he obviously knew what that meant and before I knew it, I felt his warm body gently wrapped around mine. I burried my eyes into his shoulder and let the tears flow.
I felt House rub his hand up and down my back and then he whispered, "It's okay, Lisa, it's all over,"
I felt myself melt, he NEVER used my first name.
"Do anda want to get up?"
I nodded.
"Do anda want a coffee? I just put the jug on,"
I managed to pull myself off his shoulder and looked into his blue eyes with my swolen eyes. "Yes, please." I gave him a small smile.
He stood up a wheeled the chair over to me and aided me into it. It hurt so bad, the pain was unimaginable.
Once in the chair, he managed to push me down my stairs and to my kitchen. He made the coffees and sat beside me.
"I'm sorry, if I could have warned anda earlier, I would've," he stated, "What I witnessed him doing to anda was so painful!"
"It's okay, we're both alive."
"Only just,"
"What do anda mean?"
"After anda fell unconcious, he kept strangling you. But, because all his attention was on you, he didn't realise that I had managed to untie myself. So I used what strength I had to push him off you. sejak this time he had smacked his head on the chair I was tied to and was out cold." He told me, "I realised anda weren't breathing and anda had no pulse so I performed CPR on you,"
"Oh my gosh," I gasped, "So I was clinically dead?"
He nodded, "It also turns out that the gun he was holding wasn't loaded,"
I sighed and then remembered that House had been beaten till he spat up blood, "How are you?"
"Just some internal bleeding, not that serious,"
"That's good," sejak now the coffees had been finished so I placed my good hand on one of his, "Thank you, Greg."


TBC, thanks for all your comments...I know this is't the wat house usually acts, but i reckon its how he would if something like this was to happen to cuddy... :P
