Jang Ki Ha and his band, known as Kiha and the Faces, held their showcase on the 15th as they celebrated the release of their fourth studio album. As the frontman is also known to be currently in a relationship with female singer IU, he was asked whether their decision to release a love-themed album was due to her.
In response, Jang Ki Ha revealed that while some of the lyrics written were somewhat influenced sejak his personal experiences, he emphasizes that the lyrics of all ten tracks are fictional as he attempted to portray a universal and basic feelings of love.
He then adds, “In the past, we thought Cinta songs were too cheesy, but now we felt ready to do Cinta songs written in our own way. We challenged ourselves and made it into an album.”
Kiha and the Faces new album was released on June 16th.

Jonghyun revealed that he came up with 'BASE' as his album tajuk because his first encounter with Muzik was with the bass instrument, and also mentioned that it rhymes with Taemin's solo album title, 'ACE'. He also chose IU as the artist whom he wants to collaborate with again. Although they previously collaborated for IU's "Gloomy Clock", he berkata wants IU to feature in his song seterusnya time. He later expressed his admiration for Wheesung, and berkata that he is paying homage to him with "Hallelujah".

High4 appeared on MBC Music’s Idol School set to air on October 28. During the show, High4’s Sung Gu shard the story behind crying in front of IU and hardships he went through before debuting.
High4’s Sung Gu said, “I spent my trainee days with IU. At the time IU told me, ‘I will help anda out once anda debut,’ and I’m so thankful because she kept her promise sejak appearing in the Muzik video for Not Spring, Love, atau ceri, cherry Blossoms,” revealing that he cried while drinking with IU afterwards.
Sung Gu also shared that he appeared as an extra for over 100 times before he debuted as he dreamed of becoming a singer. MC So Jin commented, “It seems like Sung Gu really worked hard in his life. I hope that he becomes successful as High4,” bringing warm atmosphere to the set.
MBC Music’s Idol School featuring High4, LABOUM and GB9 is set to air on October 28 at 6 p.m.

On October 23, IU wrote to her official peminat cafe, "Hi! I'm not worried, but I'm very swollen. Now it seems the pain is slowly going away. Thank anda all for worrying about me~~~ Sleep well. ." She also shared the above foto-foto that tunjuk how swollen the left side of her cheek is.

IU said, "I like acoustic Muzik with its simple composition. I think there's a high level of concentration," and performed an acoustic song with her soothing vocals. When asked if there was anything that came to mind in relation to Jeju Island, IU said, "I like Jeju Island's hallabong the best (a type of clementine). Its sweet taste is the best."
