How do i make a new/add a fansite on fanpop?

anda go to the Fanpop homepage and at the bottom theres a box that says 'search for club sejak genre' then at the bahagian, atas it says 'create a new club' with a plus sejak it. that should be right =]

what do anda mean?I dont get it
