The pop bintang went to the event with the designer of the CuteCircuit dress. The designer made the dress glow sejak using concealed tiny fairy lights beneath an off-the-shoulder white gown.
The result: a dress that glowed neon Warna as Katy walked in. She caused quite a stir with the dress, but we are not so sure that we like it. Maybe if it had been a different color, something other than neon yellow...
