Well he's cute, but that's to be expected because all four of the penguins are cute. He comes out with some really witty comments. He loves science, which is cool. Basically... EVERYTHING!!!! Oh and I Cinta his voice! I couldn't imagine him with any other voice. That goes for all the characters in The Penguins of Madagascar.
