Each week we pick one woman who’s done something to make us proud. This week we’re loving Lady Gaga for her fearless fashion, her Grammy's success and her unwavering devotion to her fans.
At Sunday’s Grammy awards, Lady Gaga certainly stood out on the red carpet. Her flashy celestial gaun was so extreme it made even Rihanna look reserved. But once again, the attention-grabbing bintang managed to dress outrageously while still somehow looking pulled together — no small feat.
Gaga’s excellence didn’t stop at her couture. The singer’s emotional duet with Elton John mencuri the show. And to bahagian, atas it all off, she walked out with two awards for best dance recording for her hit “Poker Face” and best electronic/dance album for The Fame.
But the mega-star never forgets that it’s her peminat-peminat — whom she affectionately refers to as her “little monsters” — who make her so successful. After the show, she tweeted her appreciation, saying, “We won big tonight little monsters, I am so proud to make Muzik 4 you. I hope I continue to inspire u the way u inspire me. You’re everything.” Then on Monday night, she took it one step further and got a tattoo on her arm honoring them.
It’s nice to see a bintang who recognizes the people paying her bills. And, call us crazy, but Gaga actually seems genuine in her loyalty to her little monsters.

Justin Bieber peminat-peminat should not get too upset that the Queen of funky pop beat him to a billion. His video "Baby" still holds its record.
The awards, now in their eleventh year, are one of the country’s most prestigious Muzik prizes and celebrate both French and international music.
Also among the winners this tahun was Rihanna for International Female Artist of the tahun and Beyonce Knowles who scooped the NRJ Award of Honour.
However, the event was overshadowed sejak a blunder that saw the Black Eyed Peas wrongly named Best International Group, a prize which was meant to be telah diberi to German band Tokio Hotel.
Choreographer Kamel Ouali, who announced the award, realised his mistake after no one came to collect the award. He returned to the stage to apologise and name the real winners.
Lady Gaga, who could not attend the ceremony as she was performing in New York, will be touring the UK later this year, starting at Manchester’s MEN Arena on February 18th
