Played by Maria’s favorite actress, Dalia is said to be the richest woman in Greece, but she’s also the loneliest person on earth. She meets four people that later become the best friends she never had and also falls in love with her secretary. Dalia is goofy, hilarious and never pays attention to what her friends and the group’s plans suggest, but she’s always there for them no matter what because all she ever wanted was friends.

{#3} ZOUMBOULIA ABATZIDOU
Dalia’s best friend, a kind of poor woman in her mid 50’s that lost her husband when she was young but always supported her daughter in the best way she could trying to provide her everything. “Zoumbi” (her nickname) is always angry about something and picks fights with everyone from the group but she’s the mother the other 4 never had.

Dimitra is the typical 00’s Greek woman in a relationship, alongside with her boyfriend they try to show the audience how’s it like for a typical Greek couple at this time. Dimitra is hilariously sensitive, arrogant and insecure and annoys her boyfriend all the time trying to get him to marry her and start a family, but he loves her no matter what.

Dimitra’s boyfriend, he’s the typical Greek man in the 00’s. He always tries to act cooler than his girlfriend and often is annoyed and pressured by her but they always make up because they love each other. Thodoris’s funny side is based on how hilariously angry he gets with Dimitra’s nonsense from time to time.

{#6} MARINA KOUNDOURATOU
Marina is a beautiful, funny but uneducated daytime show hostess that falls in love with her much arrogant and educated drama teacher. Marina is one of Maria’s spirit animals meaning they share the same ridiculous reactions, dance routines and laugh noises. She has her BAMF and HBIC moments but deep down she’s very sensitive and insecure.

{#7} DENNY MARKORA
Denny is the mother of Marina’s drama teacher who immediately becomes her ally because she thinks they’re meant to be. My personal all time favorite Greek character and probably the biggest HBIC Greek television has ever seen, Denny is sharp-tongued, classy, has hilarious one-liners and is always eager to kill anyone who gets in her way.

{#8} NIKI AGGELIDI

Niki is a Greek and older Peyton Sawyer in early s5. She had a dream when she was young to start a sport team but she gave up on it because she got pregnant and later married. When the show starts she is divorced and unemployed and tries to make her life matter again, creating the first Greek female curling team. She’s played by Maria’s fave actress too.

Stallo is the quirky member of Niki’s team. She’s from Cyprus living in Greece and she was never a member of a team. As the show processes she realizes that she’s becoming ‘a part of something special’ even though she is constantly ranting about everything. She refuses to grow up and remains a child in heart and that’s the sweetest thing about her.

Eli is literally Maria. Even more than Rachel Berry. Eli is a 30-something simple town girl in Athens living her life with the support of her two best friends. She’s awesome: funny, sweet, caring, always anxious about something and a great friend. She’s just a typical grown up free-spirit sweetheart in search of love and happiness.

Valeria is probably the most ridiculous character on Greek television. She’s a professional singer at a cruise ship and because the show was set in 2000 (aka the year of trash music in Greece) she’s often seen singing some hilariously awful song that we all here love.

Maro is the second character closest to Maria’s personality. Maro was born in a very rich family but never got the attention of her mother who always favorized her other daughter (a horrible bitch). Maro caught her husband-to-be cheating on her in the pilot episode and the series follows her recreating her life the way she always wanted. She’s a Greek Rachel Green aw<3

One of Maro’s new friend and Maro’s love interest’s best friend, Arthouros is a shy and non-confident young man who becomes a member of the show’s original gang and starts working through his fear of women. He is very smart, loyal and caring but his awkwardness around girls or people he doesn’t know is hilarious.

The third character played by Maria’s favorite actress, Olga is single mother raising her son working as a hotel maid. She accidentally meets a member of the parliament and the two fall in love despite the fact that he’s getting married to a rich daddy’s girl. This girl tries multiple times to undermine and sabotage her by showing her the money and status power she has but Olga stays true to herself and her values until the guy chooses her.

Kaiti is the definition of nerves. She’s always angry about something and the way she does is adorably hilarious. She is a teacher and treats her students like a major bitch but she cares about them and shows it in an unusual but Sue Sylvester kind of way.

Jose is from Uruguay. He came to Greece as an immigrant choosing Greece because the ticket was cheap enough to afford it and also buy a cheese pie. Jose works for Kaiti’s best friend Soula by day, he refuses to speak Greek in the right way and refuses to work in any way. By night, he works as a male stripper. He is always crazy and annoys his boss but does it in an awesome way and deep down he cares for her.

{#17} ELENI VLAHAKI
Elenki Vlahaki is probably the most popular Greek character ever existed. There’s no one in this country that doesn’t know her. She’s a broke girl, working in a bar who inherits a big mansion in the pilot episode but has to live with a very grumpy and bad-tempered roommate who has inherited the mansion too. While she is definitely an awesome, funny and good-hearted girl, Eleni oftens turns evil and thinks of plans to get rid of her annoying roommate, always ending in hilarious misunderstandings and fights.

{#18} GIANNIS
This character was the first openly gay character in Greek television (*proud!*). He is hilariously sarcastic and always there to help his best friend do whatever stupid she sets her mind to do. He plays a supporting/leading part to the show but is definitely the scene-stealer, always having the best one-liners.
