Phoebe appears to have a 'dark past', it;s mentioned she used to live at the streets, she never met hir birth mother until her late 20s and lived with her grandma for the most part. She's a very unique street artist, spending too much time making her own songs and she has very strong beliefs, she's vegeterian and a huge supporter of animals' rights. Even though Phoebe seems to be very quirky she combines perfectly her bitchy/sweet personality and she's very loyal.
