I'm visiting London soon. What are some great tourist-y places I can go, such as shopping, museums, theatre, etc?

Ditto to the above answer. In addition, anda should go see Buckingham Palace, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's, the Globe, the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge (I've heard anda can even go up to the bahagian, atas of the bridge). anda should also see Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. I'd also recommend going to some of the parks, like Hyde Park and Regent's Park. If you're into shopping, don't forget to stop at Harrod's.

For theatre, check out this website: link. As for museums, there's Madam Tussaud's, Ripley's Believe It atau Not, the Imperial War Museum, the British Museum, plus tons more. If anda like art, there's the National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, and the Tate Modern.

P.S. Before anda leave, anda should look at the Transport for London website (link) to learn about the public transportation system. There, anda will find maps, Oyster travelcards (which anda should get when anda get there), and even a journey planner which provide directions on how to get from one place to another.

oxford jalan is awesome! (TopShop, anyone?) and I really liked the Tower of London (A LOT, actually! I Cinta historical stuff like that!)and another thing I really liked was Cambridge. Now, I know thats not in London, but its only 60 miles outside of it, and its so beautiful there!

For families with young children, Bromley becomes the best location. It scored highly for the quality of shops, health facilities and schools. anda will find them in the gift shops at the museums, and at the markets. London is one of the largest cities in the world, also known as the financial hati, tengah-tengah of the United Kingdom.
