For me, It is actually Buddy. Buddy's Cartoons do not feel like Looney Tunes or Merrie Melodies, his friends are bland and useless, he is more of a Mickey Mouse Rip-Off, and they have no memorable moments.

I am glad that he hasn't made any more of the Looney Tunes appearance after 1935.
