--Chapter 1--

The moaning from upstairs made me jerk up 'They're probably at it again' I thought to myself. I checked the clock to see that it was only after two a.m. 'Great' I thought. Lifting my body from the bed, I pulled on a hoodie, jeans and my converse.

I packed my bag and everything with spare clothes and grabbed it along the with my school bag. I made my way out the front door and started walking. My aunt lived a couple of streets away and she knew exactly how I felt.

In no lebih than 10 minit I was in a sort of...Complication. I was making my way to the other side of the jalan when I caught five people in front of our school. sejak the shape of their figures, I would guess they're boys.

I heard a crash as glass pieces fell to the ground. Now anda would think I would be like any other girl and run right? Wrong. I followed them inside. I turned a couple of corners until I saw them spraying the wall. 'Vandalism, graffiti' I thought to myself.

The tallest one which I'm guessing is the leader, stood up and spoke in a deep yet smooth voice. "Did anda check to see if we were followed?" And that's when I Lost it and accidently squeaked. Their heads shot in my direction as I realized I was in for it.

They all charged at me and I made a quick get-away. I dodged all obstacles and when I came to the stairs, I did the only thing I could. I jumped, landing on the railing and I ran. I heard footsteps as they raced up the stairs but I knew I couldn't give up.

When I reached a dead end, I turned around, smirking. The five boys looked at me in utter confusion. I looked up to make sure the ledge was above me and I faced them. "Want me? Come and get me babies", I winked, jumping. I gripped the ledge and climbed over.

I ran as fast as possible before I made it to my destination. My locker. As I searched for my notebook, I called my aunt. "Hello?" She yawned and I giggled a bit. hei aunt M", I greeted, finding my notebook and diary. And no I mean those diaries that anda put your private things in, not those diaries with the dates and such.

"See anda in 10 I'm guessing", she replied victoriously. "Yeah. anda know me too well", I explained. She laughed on the other end until we berkata our goodbyes and I hung up. That was when I realized something. There were five pairs of eyes staring at me, amused.

"What!" I snapped. Their faces turned to pure shock. The tallest one recovered first and stepped forward. He was a couple of inches taller than me and had dark blue eyes with messy black hair which was half hidden under his cap. He had full lips and it was pulled into a smirk.

"Well, well, who do we have here?" He questioned lebih to himself. "What's your name beauty?" One of the other guys asked. I looked at him and did a quick scrutinize. He had curly, bleach blonde hair that was half hidden underneath a YMCMB cap. He had brown eyes and thick lips which were pulled into a smirk and an evil one at that.

"None of your business", I snapped at him. Instantly, his face fell and he sneered. "You know who you're talking to sweet cakes?" He hissed. I smiled and was about to reply when my phone rang. I checked my caller I'd and I felt my face grow pale.

Why would he call now? We haven't spoken since...then. I answered the phone and regretted it in an instant because apparently, my ex boyfriend/abuser was standing in front of me. "Hey", he greeted and when I greeted back, recognition crossed his features.

"You", he breathed.

I ignored him as my phone tumbled to the ground and I turned away, running. I heard footsteps behind me and my speed fastened. I jumped out the window, bags and everything.

I saw a motorcycle that looked crashed and quickly, I hotwired it. Ok so what? I know how to hotwire a motorcycle, big deal. As I drove, I felt pairs of eyes on me. I turned my head to see that those five boys were indeed looking at me.

I turned my head to the road to be met with some Rawak dude speeding on the wrong lane. I quickly dodged him as I picked up speed to my aunts place.

When I made it there, the door was open and I screamed at the sight. Apparently, I screamed so loudly that the neighbors came from seterusnya door to see what was up. When they came in, I Lost focus. I met those dark blue eyes that held me in a trance.

"Do anda have parents?" Ms. Fernandez asked me. I nodded my head lightly as she offered to take me home. I gladly took the offer and was seated seterusnya to (hold for dramatic effect) dark blue eyes.

Oh and his Friends of course. And none of them would stop staring at me. Argh, I swear I'm going to blow a gasket. When we made it to my place, Ms. Fernandez was kind enough to make sure I was inside safely. When I opened the door I screamed at the sight. De ja vu anyone?

"What's wrong dear?" She looked at the sight and her face paled. They seated me on the sofa, kerusi panjang as Ms. Fernandez made hot chocolate. Once she was done, she handed it over and I hugged my knees tightly while still holding the cup.

"So...What's your name missy?" Blue eyes asked me. My head shot in his direction and as I was about to lie, the sirens sounded.

"So basically, you're telling me that her mom gave her to her aunt who gave her to me?" Ms. Fernandez asked and the policeman nodded. "You are to be her guardian since they were the last of her family", the policeman explained and Ms. F just nodded.

"So can I adopt her?" She asked and I looked up from the book I was reading. "No, that is against the will", he explained and she nodded. She looked at me and smiled. While they were talking I had to pack my things up cause I'm supposed to live with her.

"Come on little girl. Let's get anda settled at mine", she berkata softly. I nodded, following her. When I got in the car, all the boys were there. "Missy", blue eyes looked at me. I gave them a nod of acknowledgment and put my earphones in.

I was listening to some sad, depressing song when someone touched my shoulder. I turned in surprise to come face to face with blue eyes. "You alright Missy?" He asked me. I grinned sheepishly even though it hurt. "But of course blue eyes", I winked, turning around.

I felt him stiffen seterusnya to me and smiled in victory. I am not being that jalang, perempuan jalang that gets played on everyday of her life. I laughed lightly and turned to smile at them.

"This will be your room sweetheart and if anda want any changes, your welcome to it", Ms. F told me cheerfully. "Thanks Ms. Fernandez", I replied and she wrinkled her nose. "Please, call me Tia", she told me. I nodded enthusiastically.

She laughed, leaving the room. I closed the door and put Muzik on, connecting it with the shox. I sorted it out and when the time was eventually past ten, I had completed.

I answered my now beeping phone (after disconnecting the shox from it). "Hello?" "Ten minutes", Tiffany's voice told me and I sighed. "Yeah", I replied. "Tyler's fetching you", she explained and I nearly protested. I quietly left the house, making my way to Tyler's. Ok so sejak now you'd like an explanation.

Thing is, I can't explain. When we were ten, Tyler, Jade, Mekail, Joshua, Tiffany, Kauthar, Samantha, Zion, Akeem, Casey, Niyaaz, Mekayla, Camryn, Chelsey, Micah, Josh and I formed a pack and soon enough that turned into a gang. But unfortunately, due to our break up, Joshua left and ever since his been trying to kill me.

We led to drug dealing, jalan racing, vandalism, so the usual. When I made it to Tyler's house, he greeted me with a smile. "Long time no see young grasshopper", he imitated some Yoda voice from...Star Wars was it? Oh well.

He pulled me into a breath taking hug and when we pulled apart, we walked to the hideout. Yeah, it's like those cliche Filem because it's an abandoned building...Kidding! It's a house that looked like a mansion.

We each have our own room in the place and there are extras.

We mad our way to the meeting room. It resembled what anda would find in those places meetings are held at group formal businesses. I sat in between Kauthar and Zion. They were the only people I could cope with at the moment. We all sat silently, awaiting the boss.

He walked in quickly and taking his seat. He looked very formal today but that was probably because he had left work ten minit ago. "Micheala, I apologize for the memory but I am sorry for your parents and aunts death", he explained and I forced a smile.

He turned to the others, his tone and expression serious.

"Joshua has struck again. He killed her parents and her aunt but made it look like suicide. Also before we discuss this, I have found some new...Gang members for the gang. They go to your school so that's alright but you'll only meet them sejak tomorrow", he finished.

"Also, we will discuss this...event with them so, anda are dismissed", he said, getting up. I left after him quickly and ran. I knew the way from here to Tia's house. Once I made it, I quietly opened the door and to my luck, it was locked Great, just great.

I saw a windoW on the saat floor that was open and a pokok close by. 'Perfect' I thought.

I climbed the pokok and aimed for the window and as I jumped towards the window, my hands flew to grip the windowsill. I gripped tightly and to my dismay, somebody noticed me. "And here I thought anda were depressed", his voice mocked.

I looked up to see him. "Blue eyes", I acknowledged. "Wow, would anda like to know my name?" He asked, smirking and instantly, I knew his plan.

"Nope", I replied, popping the 'p'. "See that's what I- wait what?"He asked, shocked. I laughed at his expression. "Yeah, I don't really care", I lied. He looked so shocked I swear he nearly pissed himself. "What?" I asked innocently. "Emile." "Emile Fernandez", he answered my unspoken question.
