Michael had beautiful moments with Lisa. Michael found in Lisa a friend. He was a very lonely person and she came to his ranch and they would spend time together. She was a friend. And anda have to understand that Michael was a very special person and a friend was very very important to him. Lisa was his friend for a while. And she gave her love. They got married and he was happy. She was happy too..he loved her and he told her he was afraid he was going to die like her father. They spent time together ..Michael had someone close ! Lisa was a calming influence in his life.

The fact that she didn't give him children and they broke up is another thing. Lisa and Mike did get along and he never hated her and she didn't hate him. Lisa didn't marry Michael to hurt him. She wasn't a bad person with bad intentions from the beggining. They nedded each other.

Yes, Michael wanted children very much and he finally had them. But he didn't hate her.
