Point blank- the MEDIA!!! If the media thinks that a salacious story will sell- even if it is malicious and untrue- they will put it out there. Unfortunately many people like the dirt and gossip regardless of who it hurts. I believe that Mike felt ambiguous about the media. On the one hand, they hounded him (tortured him- if anda really want to know the truth). But on the other, he knows he needs them- every celebrity does. It's like a two-edged sword. The media can help anda get the job done, but on the other it can cut and even wound. JEALOUSY is totally the right answer, but the media is a tool that the jealous people use. anda can't do much about envy/jealousy because it is part of the human conditon (ie. Mike's song Human Nature) but something can be done about gossip trash. I have become lebih mindful of celebrity gossip and don't assume it is true because it is in print. I believe and will always believe that 1. MJ has vitilago (HE DID NOT BLEACH HIS SKIN) and 2. that Mike is NOT a child molester. But unfortunately some people still choose to beLIEVe those lies.
