yes mj would be sad and hurt, but at the same time he'll just ignore it. No matter if he was alive atau not there will always be people who will say bad things about him. like mj berkata "Why bring attention to it?"

What people who write and say rude about Mike don't get is that no matter how successful he was, he was still a human, he had a heart, he cried, he laughed like any other human would, he also had emotions and feelings like everybody else. :( so him seeing a message like that would make him feel hurt.
