Does a referral a year ago from an Xbox LIVE friend with a gamertag resembling or exactly the name of oneof the show's characters count? That's how I first heard of the show.

I guess it does I became a brony on my own then found out my older brother liked it and I became open about it by the way my vote was a option added by me it is my older brother

I saw my Cousin and her lil sis watching MLP on their computer (on you tube) and i thought it was pretty good so whenever they were about to watch on you tube i join in too and we would watch it together! ^^

oh,and when Gia (my cousin) was on her deviantart account i saw a poster about MLP being the newest show in that year (2012) before i thought that MLP was an old show,cause you know we were only watching on you tube and that made me like MLP even more! so every week we waited for someone/anyone to post the new episodes of MLP! and now i/we absolutelly love MLP!! XD

I was watching a team fortress 2 video, and heard Heavy singing a song almost like Cupcakes. It was called Sandwich, and nearly all the lyrics were the same

But my brother just introduced me, I was open about it by myself.

I woke up on morning and knew that i was the only one in my class that was open to trying new things. To prove it i decided to challenge myself and watch the 1st episode of My Little Pony. Once i saw the first one i watched the 2nd one then the 3rd then the 4th up until i got to episode 7 i read one of the comments on YouTube, "If you got this far, you're trapped. Enjoy your Pony Addiction." SO here I am, a brony, and onto episode 15. XD

I watched it by accident.I was looking for something new and came across it. So I gave it a try and watched the first season. It was fantastic so I showed my lil sister it and she loved it also. Then we shows it to my brother, he watched it and became a brony. Then we started watching the episodes, then seasons on The Hub. *brohoof*

Wow, a lot of comments, thanks for sharing it with us! I believe it is an on order to tell you how I became a fan. By accident. I was looking for a song from the classic rock band Rainbow. I've found Rainbow Factory in the releated stuff. I loved the song. I kept on watching the releated videos, went through the Pony.mov series and decided to give the show a try. It felt weird watching the 1st episode, but then I quickly became a pony-addict. :)
