Can anyone tell me what Gibbs whispers in Ziva's ear at the conclusion of the Good Cop/Bad Cop episode?

Ziva did mention how she considered Gibbs close to a father when they were quarrelling at Gibbs's house.

So my gut feeling suggest Gibbs said, "Although I'm a bit too young to be your father, I'm lebih than willing to have u as a daughter :)"

Ziva then smile to so some kind of joke but with some tears of joy & appreciation.

They never tell anda so anda have no idea but anda think it might be something about Shannon and Kelly because the two connect in their losses.

I think he says: "I missed you"

I know this is an old question. But, I truly believe, after all the questioning of who has Ziva's loyalty, and Gibbs' talk with Ziva about her father being a bad guy, and that at some point anda have to let go...

Well, if I was the writer of the show, I would have Gibbs' tell her, "Happy Birthday, Ziva David"

He whispers “you are my daughter now.”
