Neil is now officially a member of the Whedon-verse since Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog so I've asked myself this question. I think there are many Buffy fans on this spot here, too. Would Neil have been a great super villain like the Master, Angelus or Caleb or something like nice, cuddly Clem? What do you guys think?

oh no way could he be a major villian...sorry he doesn't have the right look or voice to play one, it's nothing against his acting skills

i think maybe a one time vamp minion like a pal of harmonies would have been funny.....i can see him as more the trio type lol

Can't really see him as an official "Big Bad". Maybe just as a misguided kid at Sunnydale High who released demon locusts at the School Spelling Bee or something like that.

I think I have to agree with amazondebs and nosemuffin. NPH would have never fit into the whole Buffyverse. I couldn't imagine him as one pure evil demon who threatens to destroy the world, not even as nerdy student.
Well, I do think he would have given a potential character its awesomeness. I guess we can't imagine this because of the Buffyness. We've never seen him play such roles...

i think he would start out super evil (kinda like spike did) then he might turn nice
