Yeah that is definitely a trick question =D When I was a kid (and he obviously, too) I thought he was cute. Now as an adult he is so hot.

sorry what was the question? i got distracted by my thoughts... oh yes! he is funny (the first person to make me appreciate physical comedy when acting ,also very funny in interviews when there are no lines written for him),seems to be pretty clever and most of all very down-to-earth! i think thats the most striking feature..he seems to be very "normal" in the best sense of the word.
