Its known as a "Wraith" which is a soul-sucking monster and whoever is marked sejak that medallion which Phillip and Regina are, the Wraith preys on their souls. Regina gets saved while Philip loses his soul. If anda know Harry Potter, it is similar to the idea of Dementors.

Oh....I know about the Dementor-Wraith....but I heard somewhere that Rumple atau Cora 'created' it... 'Marked For Death'.. :-((((
