I'm not sure but I think link used to pick the nominees, but that it's now fellow peminat-peminat who nominate people. And then picks are made with the nominees, and the winner is picked. Unfortunately I'm not completely sure of when/where... Check out link
yes it is true i did do it like that but i am busy these days and i really don't have the time and it has seemed some people have a problem with them. I have not stopped them its just a lot of work finding people finding ikon-ikon and leaving some people off but i no longer make the pics but the person who i put in charge i can ask her if anda still want to do them and we still do it at the Brucas spot if anda want to participate in it their.
