cried like a baby! it was so sad that Peyton was actually expecting to die. oh and just wondering... why do you have to be an LP fan to pick one of these (regarding the option that was added about not being able to pick because you aren't a LP fan)? anyone can choose what their most heartbreaking scene is... not just LP fans

I'm not really a LP fan, but you'd have to be blind to not see how heartbreaking this scene was...

This one was very emotional.
But i wouldn't call it a LP scene. Like Nem said, it's more of a Peyton scene.

that is.... heart-breaking! I cried like a baby, probably one of the saddest moments of OTH. the "Please take very special care of your father" reminds me so much of the scene in Dowson's Creek where Jen does a special video for her daughter!

I still didn't like LP at the end of S6, but the whole hospital scenes in general were really sad.
