Pansy isn't in very much in the Harry Potter books, but she's managed to become one of the most hated characters in Harry Potter, surpassed only sejak Umbridge and the Dursleys. It's true that many people hate Bellatrix, Voldemort and Malfoy, but they also have plenty of peminat-peminat who think they make for great villains. Besides, Draco has plenty of girl fans. :) But Pansy doesn't have very many fans. J.K. Rowling herself berkata that the reason Draco didn't marry Pansy (who he had dated throughout most of the series) was because of how much she hated Pansy.
