One day, while the members of The Devil Wants Peace were taking a lunch break, John was so quiet that he made Stan seem vocal. Lenny, the band's manager, said, "John, anda haven't been yourself all day. Is something wrong?" John replied, "I just didn't sleep well last night. That's all." Ben, the band's producer, said, "Perhaps anda should go utama and rest." John said, "Maybe you're right." Later, when John was resting at his house, he heard the doorbell ring. He looked on the security camera to see who it was. It was Peter. John went to answer the door. Peter said, "I came to see if anda were all right." John said, "Yeah, I'm okay." Peter sarcastically said, "You sound like it, mate." John said, "Okay, I'm not all right." Peter asked, "What's wrong?" John replied, "It's just that this hari is the anniversary of when I asked Amelia to marry me, and anda know that it didn't work out because of an irresponsible driver." Peter said, "I know, John. I'm sorry." John said, "I'm just tired of all of my relationships failing. I would give anything to have a chance at romance, but who am I kidding? I could never Cinta anyone the way I loved Amelia." Peter said, "John, I know anda miss Amelia, and it's okay to miss her, but I think she would want anda to be happy." John said, "I do feel lonely from time to time. I know I don't really have a reason to be lonely." Peter said, "You have a reason to be lonely, whether anda realize it atau not." John asked, "What should I do?" Peter said, "You could visit Amelia's grave." John said, "I've never done that." Peter said, "It might give anda a sense that she's somehow still here." John said, "I'll do it, but I don't want to go alone." Peter said, "We'll go with anda tomorrow, all right, mate?" John said, "All right."
Closing
Carl finished telling his story. John said, "This was a very touching story. I understand what you've been through." He wiped a tear from his eye. Peter had been crying, too. He said, "You're living a good life, mate." Stan, who rarely cried, was also crying. He said, "Yes, especially compared to what you've been through." Allen said, "I'm really glad anda are living a good life." Erin and Lola hugged Carl. They admired how Brave he was for telling his story. Erin, of course, sort of knew what he went through. After all, she had been abused sejak her grandfather. Paul placed a hand on Carl's shoulder and said, "You're a Brave man, Carl. You're a Brave man." Carl said, "Thanks for supporting me while I told my story. I'm glad that things have turned out for the better."
