“You don't have any tables for that night? Are anda sure?”
“Yes, sir.” The gentleman's voice on the other end of Everett's phone was polite but firm. “Most people book weeks in advance for a popular time like Valentine's Day.”
Everett sighed, thanked the man anyway, and hung up the phone. His chin dropped into his arms on the table. That was the fifth fancy restaurant he had called, and every one had told him the same thing. No one had any angkasa for him to make a reservation, even really early atau really late.
No special necklace... no fancy dinner... What was he going to do? Una was going to be so disappointed if he didn't have any plans for her – and lebih to the point, Everett was disappointed in himself, not being able to think of a single thing he could do for his girlfriend to tunjuk her how much he loved her on Valentine's Day.
“What do anda think of this one, Mother?”
Mrs. Stratton looked up as Una made her way down the stairs, striking a pose atau two as if she were on the red carpet. She wore a long, glittery red strapless gaun that swept the floor, along with a matching feather boa draped around her shoulders, and no less than three of her golden necklaces.
Mrs. Stratton smiled. “It's lovely, Una honey – but anda don't know where Everett's taking you. Don't anda think anda might be a little overdressed?”
Una shook her head and laughed. “It doesn't matter if I'm overdressed for wherever he's taking me! This outfit isn't about that. It's about him.” She stood tall and proud in her glittery gown. “Everett's special enough to dress up like this for – no matter where he takes me.”
A tender look came to Una's mother's eyes. “Yes – that was how I felt about your father. He could have taken me absolutely anywhere, and I would have loved it, because I was with him.”
Una nodded. “Yes, exactly,” she berkata softly. “That's how I feel about Everett.”
Her mind briefly flickered to the movie she had been dying to see... to the box of chocolates sitting in her closet waiting for the perfect time for her to open and share them... but it was like her mother said. She didn't need those things to make Valentine's hari special. Not when she had Everett.

It was December 1. The members of New Religion were decorating their house in Oak Ridge for Christmas. Lola looked over at Klondike and said, "This is so exciting. This will be Klondike's first Christmas!" Carl said, "Yes, it is. I believe this also marks our third Krismas in Oak Ridge." Erin said, "Yes. I can't believe it's been over three years since we came to Oak Ridge." Paul wasn't as excited. He said, "This is also our first Krismas without Yukon and Nunavut." He sighed. Lola hugged him and said, "I know anda miss your Huskies, but they would want anda to enjoy Christmas." He said, "You're right. anda know, I've been thinking that maybe we should do a Krismas album. John and his mates do one every year." Erin said, "I like this idea." Carl said, "I do, too!" Lola said, "We should call it A New Religion Christmas." Paul said, "That has a nice ring to it, no pun intended." With that, they decided to reach out to John for guidance on how to make the perfect Krismas album.
Hi, everyone! Antonia here, and I'm going to discuss my plans for the rest of the year. I have some things I want to cover, so I'm going to get right to it.
As 2019 draws to a close, we will eventually be in a new year. In fact, Krismas is less than a bulan away. I am planning a Christmas-themed peminat fiction. I'm hoping to post it sometime seterusnya week. It will be my last peminat fiction this year.
Even though my seterusnya peminat fiction will be last for this year, I have lebih planned for seterusnya year. I have lots in store for anda seterusnya year, so stay tuned.
I might do a couple of blogs to bungkus, balut up this tahun after I finish my last peminat fiction. I'll also do my annual peminat fiction trivia article.
I hope anda have a selamat, peti deposit keselamatan and fun holiday season wherever anda may be.
Peace and love,
-Antonia

This is a special request from Antonia, so here I go.
I'm sorry that you've been feeling down recently. Losing a friend is hard, and I know what it's like to go through this. However, I want to let anda know that I'm here for you. I'll be a shoulder to cry on, and anda can talk with me anytime anda like.
anda are never alone, Antonia. All of your current Friends care for anda deeply. Don't ever change, buddy. It would be heartbreaking if anda did. I know I would be. Also, your old friend would want anda to be happy. She's in a better place now, and you'll eventually see her again someday. I just know it.
In closing this, remember the lyrics to one of my all-time kegemaran Beatles songs: "Any time at all, all anda gotta do is call, and we'll be there."
Peace and love,
~Kelly 🌟🌟🌟
