Katie_Kat200 I made this in Photoshop too :p. I would pay a million dollars just to have this on my future car (cause I can't drive yet). The reason it says Texas is because... um, well, I live in that specific state. Sorry. DON'T JUDGE ME! Besides, I didn't think of the New York part until after I made it so.... yeah. COMMENT! dsprtpenguin Before, my dad knew a guy where you can customize your license plate and put any design on it. To bad they don't see each other anymore. I would kill to get one of these. Oh and btw, what version of PS are you using?
