TELEMIRA AND THE Lost JEWEL
Once upon a time, in an awesome and far away land called Telepax lived a princess named Telemira. She deeply loved her kingdom and she tought that nothing could be attractive and perfect as her land in the whole universe.
One hari Telemira was walking in the yard when she heard a shout coming from the takhta room. She immediately called the palace's guards and she ran with them into the wide room where her father and her mother welcomed the hosts and whoever wanted a talk with the king and the Queen of Telepax. In the takhta room there was a wizard with a long black beard and very long hair that flowed on the dark clothing he was wearing. His hands were lifted and from his hand's palms two rays of light had trapped Telepax's king and had lifted him up: the king was shaking and screaming and he was quite suffocating.
Suddenly, under the astonished eyes of his daugher, of his wife and of all palace's guards, he Lost consciousness. When he fainted, the scepter that the royal family of Telepax owned through generations and that he was holding in his shaking hand, fell to the ground and broke in thousands pieces. The lapis lazuli that used to glisten on scepter's bahagian, atas rolled on the floor up to wizard's feet and he immediately let go the king, that fell on his takhta unconcious, and bent to collect the precious stone. One moment later, before either the Queen atau Telemira could say atau do something, the mysterious character vanished taking the lapis lazuli with him.
Immediately Telemira ran at her father's side; the king that was stunned and confused, but luckily he was fine.
- I don't know who he was – berkata the king – He appeared out of thin air and he grabbed myself with those rays, and I... I feel like being caught in a vice-like grip. -
- He mencuri the lapis lazuli. - berkata one of the guards, coming closer to the trhone and holding out the fragments of the crystal and emas scepter.
- Luckily everyone is fine. We will piece together another scepter very soon. - The king said.
- But we have Lost the lapis lazuli. - Telemira said.
- Don't worry my dear daughter. We will use a sapphire: our kingdom is plenty of beautiful blue gems and certainly it won't make difference. - Answered her mother.
Telemira sighed of relief and came back to her daily habits, as everyone in the istana, castle did.
King's misadventure was reported everywhere in the kingdom in a few days, but as well it was forgotten soon.
Nevertheless Telemira felt that something was changing in Telepax: no wars atau quarrels were in that peaceful land, and her suspects aroused when she saw two of royal's cooks arguing about who had burnt the lunch.
Slowly the situation made worse: groups of ten atau twelve citizens came to the king because they have amounts of problems and quarrels, the fights multiplied everywhere, even between wives and husbands there were dozens of discussions, young people came to bowls once atau twice a hari while old people yelled exchanged insults from the dawn to the sunset.
Telemira's father didn't have time even to eat - he was too busy trying to maintain order and peace all over Telepax - and Telemira began to be afraid about her realm's destiny.
One hari Telemira came to know that a young boy was killed in a brawl in one of Telepaxian most beautiful inns. He was only 16 – just like Telemira – and the princess was shocked sejak the news, so she decided that, since her father didn't have time, she would have solved the situation. She went to the perpustakaan and she read dozens of book that told stories and tales about Telepax and its traditions. After working several days, the princess found something interesting; she had just finished Membaca the chapter that concerned telepaxian scepter when one of the guards knocked gently to the door of the library.
- A boy has come to see you, princess Telemira. He waits for anda in the garden. - berkata the guard.
Telemira went out in garden, and she smiled when she recognized Daimon, her beloved prince, that was waiting for her near the fountain. Daimon came from a kingdom that was quite distant from Telepax and that was still peaceful. The bad news of what was taking place in Telepax reached even his realm and the boy used the pretext of having lebih informations to see Telemira at the outside of one of the tedious ceremonies in which they used to meet.
Telemira explained him everything: the attack of the wizard, the Lost of the lapis lazuli and she told him also what she had discovered a moment before:
- The lapislazuli that glistened on our scepter is not only a beautiful precious gem. It was created sejak powerful lady that lives there where the sky's and sea's blues touch each other. She gave it to my ancestors to rule Telepax. The lapis lazuli ensured peace and prosperity to our kingdom, and without it there will be no lebih peace for anyone. We will end up to kill each other. Everyone. - Telemira berkata in a whisper.
- What do anda want to do? - Daimon asked, sitting on the mata air, air pancut and taking Telemira's hands between his.
- It would be awesome if someone could go to that lady in order to have a new jewel... But my father is too busy, and the knights of the istana, castle are all over Telepax to avoid that someone else dies. Really... I do not know what to donow... -
- If a knigt will be sufficient, you've a knight that will do anything for you. -Said Daimon with a smile.
- Would anda really do this for Telepax? - Telemira exclaimed hopefully.
Daimon smiled, and nodded.
- I can do everything, if you're sejak my side. -
Telemira threw her arms around his neck and hugged him for a long minute.
Then they walked into the trhone's room to tell everything to the king.
